An autobiography about a little who discovers her passion for animals, chimpanzees in particular. Follow her as she evolves her love of chimpanzees into a lifelong dream that becomes a reality.
Organization & Style: It was in order of how Jane’s love for animals blossomed into her dream. It went from her being a child and waking up to her dream, it jumped multiple years. The book being written more like a story rather then just facts and information helped show that dreams do come true if you believe in it which will inspire children.
Design: The illustrations were drawn and would attract children, however the last page was a photograph which added a realistic feel to the book. The photograph at the end showed that this not only was a story, but it was a nonfiction biography.
