Timmy doesn’t directly deal with all the financial problems that occur in his life; instead he creates his detective agency where he can solve problems. He has more fun dealing with that, then the actual issues going on in his life. Many young readers will be able to relate to him on a personal level seeing how he eventually does deal with them, but in a more creative way than the usual. The book is a graphic novel which is more appealing to young readers, but with real issues. The author definitely has an eye for having Timmy indirectly dealing with certain issues by solving cases and help readers as well.
